 What You'll Do:

• Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategies that align with company goals


• Provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, and workforce planning


• Develop and implement HR policies that enhance employee experience and productivity


• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies


• Analyze HR metrics to drive continuous improvement in performance and engagement


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role


• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and talent management strategies


• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills


• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization


• HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) is a plus.
