Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee office and site administration, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

  • Supervise procurement and inventory management of office supplies, safety equipment, and operational necessities.

  • Coordinate logistics for personnel movement, travel, and accommodation for on-site and offshore staff.

  • Ensure proper documentation, including permits, contracts, and compliance records, in line with Oil & Gas industry standards.

  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies for smooth operations.

  • Implement and maintain record-keeping systems for safety reports, legal documents, and company policies.



Qualifications & Skills




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • 3 years of experience in administrative management, preferably in the Oil & Gas industry.

  • Strong knowledge of industry regulations, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative management software.

  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
