Salary is 250k net. Preferred candidate should reside around Ogba and it's environ.



You will be responsible for managing the Ready-To-Wear and Made-To-Measure clothing lines as well leading the production processes to ensure seamless operations.




  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all production activities for ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clothing lines.

  • Ensure timely and efficient production that meets quality standards and delivery timelines.

  • Develop and implement production schedules to optimize workflow and minimize downtime.

  • Establish and maintain quality standards across all production stages.

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure garments meet brand and customer expectations.

  • Address quality issues promptly and implement corrective measures.

  • Drive the recruitment process for new tailors, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.

  • Implement lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to maintain competitiveness.

  • Oversee the procurement of raw materials and manage inventory levels.

  • Monitor resource utilization and minimize material wastage.

  • Work closely with design, marketing, and sales teams to align production with brand vision and market demand.

  • Support the development and launch of new collections.

  • Achieve at least 95% adherence to production timelines for both ready-to-wear and made-to-measure clothing lines.

  • Maintain a first-pass quality rate of 98% or higher across all production lines.

  • Achieve a retention rate of 90% annually.

  • Achieve a material utilization rate of at least 95% and reduce waste by 10% year-on-year.

  • Keep production costs within 5% of the allocated budget while meeting delivery timelines and quality expectations.
