Job Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of a Supermarket. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of managerial experience in a retail or supermarket environment and will be responsible for driving the operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall performance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service.


• Oversee staff management, including, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.


• Monitor and enforce health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.


• Implement and maintain customer service policies to ensure a positive shopping experience.


• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.


• Compiles store performance metrics.


• Collaborate with senior management to develop strategies for increasing sales and profitability.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in a retail or supermarket environment.
