Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function in our school.
- The HR Manager will be responsible for all HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the school’s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with best practices and school needs.
- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and fostering a positive work environment.
- Plan and execute training programs to enhance staff skills and professional development.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and school policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Advise management on HR strategies to support school growth and operations.
- Handle performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions as required.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in HR, preferably within the education sector.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in HR management tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and in a team.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Monday to Friday
- Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
