Job Summary

• We seek highly motivated Direct Sales Agents to join our client's team. Successful candidates will identify and acquire new customers, meet sales targets, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers for the bank's products and services


• Meet sales targets for deposits, loans, and other banking services


• Conduct market research and competitor analysis


• Build relationships with existing customers and cross-sell bank products


• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints


• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Requirements

• OND, HND, NCE, or BSc in any discipline


• 0-1 year sales or marketing experience (banking experience an advantage)


• Excellent communication, customer service, and negotiation skills


• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills


• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
