Job Summary:




  • We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Desk Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests and clients.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in/out guests, handling room assignments, and processing payments

  • Maintain accurate records and logs of guest interactions, payments, and other front desk activities

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

  • Handle guest complaints and concerns, escalating to management as necessary

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, adhering to company standards

  • Perform other administrative tasks as required



Requirements:




  • 2 years of experience in a front desk or customer service role

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
