Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding Internopay’s products and services.
Issue Resolution:
- Assist customers with account inquiries, transaction issues, and technical problems.
- Document all interactions and issues in the CRM system, ensuring clear and timely follow-ups.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.
Compliance and Procedures:
- Adhere strictly to company policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure that all customer communications and actions comply with internal controls and industry regulations.
Collaboration and Feedback:
- Work closely with teams across Finance, Compliance, and IT to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Provide feedback and insights to management on recurring issues and opportunities for process improvements.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on product developments, industry trends, and regulatory changes affecting the financial services sector.
