Job Summary




  • We are seeking a visionary Creative Brand Manager to lead the development and execution of our client brand strategy.

  • This role involves overseeing creative campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and driving customer engagement.

  • The ideal candidate will be a blend of strategist, innovator, and storyteller who can translate business objectives into compelling brand experiences.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to position our client as an industry leader.

  • Lead the creation of innovative and engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, events, etc.).

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company objectives.

  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.

  • Oversee the design and production of marketing materials, ensuring they align with the brand’s tone, voice, and guidelines.

  • Manage brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to enhance visibility and credibility.

  • Monitor campaign performance and KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Act as a brand guardian, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or a similar role.

  • Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market analysis.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand campaigns.

  • Exceptional creativity, storytelling, and content development skills.

  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with digital marketing platforms.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
