  • Front desk officers need excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

  • They should also have a pleasant and professional attitude, as they are often the first point of contact for any organization.



Responsibilities




  • Welcoming and greeting guests, answer questions and provide information about the company.

  • Answering phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries. Providing information and addressing concerns or directing them to the appropriate personnel.

  • Managing appointment calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating with other staff members.

  • Handling various administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.

  • Acting as a liaison between different departments and staff members, ensuring effective communication and coordination.

  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages. Managing courier services and ensuring timely delivery.



Requirements




  • Interested candidates should possess an HND / BSc qualification with 1-3 years experience.
