Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team.


• This role involves diagnosing, treating, and performing surgical procedures for musculoskeletal conditions, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.


• As an In-house Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon, you will be a permanent, full-time member of our team and fully integrated into our operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and perform advanced orthopedic surgical procedures.


• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, injuries, and trauma cases.


• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient care.


• Develop and implement quality assurance programs in orthopedic care.


• Provide mentorship and training to junior medical staff.


• Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and treatment.


• Ensure accurate documentation and comprehensive medical reporting.


• Participate in hospital-wide strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• MBBS and relevant specialist qualifications in Orthopedic Surgery.


• Minimum of 3+ years of post-specialization experience.


• Must possess a valid license from the Nigerian Medical and Dental Council (NMDC).


• Proven expertise in clinical surgery and patient management.


• Strong ability to work under pressure, with excellent communication and decision-making skills.


• Demonstrated experience in orthopedic research and innovative treatment approaches.


• Familiarity with patient rights, cultural considerations, and relevant legislation.
