Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons on business concepts, entrepreneurship, finance, and economics.


• Develop and update lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.


• Explain real-world business applications to enhance student understanding.


• Guide students in business-related projects and case studies.


• Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, tests, and presentations.


• Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and financial literacy.


• Stay updated on current business trends and integrate them into teaching.


• Maintain classroom discipline and foster a positive learning environment.


• Communicate with parents, staff, and administrators regarding student progress.


• Participate in professional development and school activities.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.


• Strong knowledge of business concepts and real-world applications.


• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.


• Ability to integrate technology and interactive teaching methods.
