Responsibilities:

• Support the lead teacher in lesson planning and classroom activities.


• Assist in managing student behavior and maintaining discipline.


• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students.


• Help prepare teaching materials and resources.


• Supervise students during recess, lunch, and school activities.


• Grade assignments and provide feedback under the teacher’s guidance.


• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.


• Communicate with parents and staff as needed.


• Ensure classroom cleanliness and organization.


• Assist in monitoring students\' progress and development.
