  • We are seeking a highly skilled and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior executives in an architecture and construction firm. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and excel in research, board paper preparation, and executive support.



Responsibilities




  • Provide high-level administrative support and manage the executive’s daily activities.

  • Prepare, review, and organize board papers, reports, and business presentations.

  • Conduct in-depth research to support strategic decision-making.

  • Manage correspondence, professional subscriptions, and confidential documents.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and executive communications.

  • Assist in drafting and editing reports, contracts, and other key documents.

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of senior management.

  • Utilize advanced technology tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and industry-specific software) for efficient workflow management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the architecture/construction industry.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other digital tools.

  • Excellent skills in research, report writing, and board paper preparation.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
