  • We are looking for a diligent and reliable Cleaner / Office Assistant to maintain cleanliness and organisation within our office space while also providing basic administrative support. 

  • The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an office environment and be committed to creating a clean and welcoming atmosphere for staff and clients.



Responsibilities




  • Ensure the office space, workstations, meeting rooms, and common areas are clean and well-maintained.

  • Carry out routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces.

  • Maintain restrooms by replenishing supplies and ensuring cleanliness.

  • Manage office waste disposal efficiently and in an eco-friendly manner.

  • Assist with basic office tasks, including filing documents, running minor errands, and organising supplies.

  • Keep track of office cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.

  • Support staff by setting up meeting rooms, making tea/coffee, and handling small tasks as requested.

  • Ensure that the office is always presentable for visitors and clients.

  • Follow health and safety regulations while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.



Requirements




  • Education: Minimum of HND in any discipline.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience working as a cleaner, office assistant, or in a similar role within an office environment.



Skills & Competencies:




  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness.

  • Time management skills to complete tasks efficiently.

  • Basic understanding of office etiquette and professionalism.

  • Ability to handle minor administrative support tasks.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable.



Additional Requirements:




  • Must reside in or be able to commute easily to Victoria Island.

  • Must be physically fit to carry out cleaning duties effectively.

  • Must be proactive and take initiative in maintaining cleanliness without constant supervision.
