Key Responsibilities:A real estate company in Lekki Phase 1 is looking for a Digital Media Specialist with expertise in motion graphics and video editing. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) with a ₦300,000 monthly salary.

• Content Strategy: Develop and execute multimedia content strategies.


• Graphic Design: Create engaging designs for social media, ads, and website content.


• Video Production & Editing: Produce and edit high-quality videos with motion graphics.


• Content Creation: Generate original content for social media, email marketing, and blogs.


• Social Media Management: Collaborate with the team to distribute visual and video content.


• Media Management: Maintain a digital library of assets and ensure file organization.


• Performance Tracking: Monitor content performance and optimize engagement strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, video editing, and content strategy.


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).


• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing and motion graphics.


• Knowledge of social media best practices and content optimization.


• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate content creation.


• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization techniques.
