Job Description
A Travel & Tour Agency located in Lekki Phase 1 is looking for a skilled Accountant to manage financial transactions, budgets, and tax compliance. This is a hybrid role (3 days on-site, 2 days remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions and financial reporting.
- Prepare budget forecasts and publish financial statements.
- Ensure tax compliance and handle returns.
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Audit financial transactions and ensure data confidentiality.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Requirements:
- BSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- ICAAN certification is mandatory.
- Experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks.
- Strong skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
- At least 3 experience as an Accountant.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
