Job Overview:



As the Sales and Marketing Executive – Solar Energy, you will be responsible for promoting Erisco Foods’ solar energy solutions to key stakeholders, both internal and external. This position will focus on developing effective sales and marketing strategies, expanding the market presence of our solar initiatives, and driving revenue through new business opportunities. You will also work closely with both the technical team and senior management to achieve sales targets and establish Erisco Foods as a leader in sustainable energy in the food manufacturing industry. 



Key Responsibilities:




  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote Erisco Foods’ solar energy solutions to new and existing clients. 

  • Market Expansion: Identify and target potential markets for solar energy solutions in the Alaba and Lekki areas, including industrial clients, government bodies, and energy partners. 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, partners, and suppliers to increase sales and foster long-term partnerships. 

  • Brand Promotion: Manage marketing campaigns for solar energy solutions, including digital marketing, events, and community engagement activities. 

  • Lead Generation: Generate and qualify leads for solar energy projects, following through the sales process to closing deals. 

  • Product Knowledge & Education: Provide clients with detailed information about the benefits, installation processes, and financial advantages of solar energy solutions. 

  • Reporting & Analytics: Monitor market trends, track sales performance, and provide detailed reports to senior management on sales activities, successes, and areas of improvement. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the business development and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of solar projects for clients. 



Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the renewable energy sector (solar energy experience is a plus).

  • Strong knowledge of the solar energy market in Nigeria, especially in the Lagos region (Alaba and Lekki). 

  • Proven ability to create and execute successful sales and marketing strategies. 

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. 

  • Ability to understand technical aspects of solar energy products and services. 

  • Familiarity with digital marketing and online sales tools. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. 

  • Results-driven with a passion for renewable energy solutions.
