SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES·

• Controlling production processes and production facilities to ensure that manufacturing activities are in conformity with the cGMP and safety requirements.


• Participating in planning and organizing the manufacturing activities of the Solids plant.


• Implementing Operations manuals, production plans and programs.


• Ensuring that process delays, which affect production output, are swiftly resolved.


• Allocating work, supervise employees and control production


• Minimizing wastages.


• Ensuring availability of adequate raw and packing materials, utilities and machine size parts.


• Executing the weekly and monthly production plans according to the schedule.


• Ensuring the general cleanliness and hygienic conditions of the manufacturing areas and production personnel.


• Supervising duties of subordinates, operators and rest of workers and ensures discipline and good working culture among the staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy


• Pharmacist annual license.


• 8 years of relevant pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.


• Knowledgeable in regulatory requirement; WHO, ICH, FDA, GAMP, ISO, USP, BP, EU.
