Responsibilities
- Qualify prospects: Determine if a potential customer is a good fit for the product or service
- Build relationships: Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new ones
- Make presentations: Demonstrate products or services to customers
- Close deals: Negotiate contracts and determine pricing and terms of sale
- Track performance: Monitor sales performance and report on it
- Stay informed: Keep up with product knowledge and industry trends
- Represent the brand: Promote the brand and its products or services
- Identify leads: Find potential customers through email, phone, social media, or other channels
Types of Sales Representatives:
- Field sales representatives: Sell and promote products to existing and potential clients, and monitor competitors
- Telesales representatives: Contact customers to inform them about products or services, answer questions, and close sales
- Sales development representatives: Generate sales pipelines by connecting with potential customers.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 3 - 4 years work experience
