Job Summary




  • We are seeking a highly intelligent, proactive, and resourceful Personal/Executive Assistant to support the Founder of a leading Venture Capital firm. 

  • The ideal candidate must be a critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. 

  • This role will also require close collaboration with the Investor Relations (IR) team, providing administrative and operational support as needed.



Key Responsibilities




  • Provide comprehensive executive support to the Founder, ensuring seamless daily operations.

  • Manage and prioritize the Founder's schedule, meetings, and appointments efficiently.

  • Act as the first point of contact, handling emails, calls, and correspondence professionally.

  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare high-level reports, presentations, and briefs.

  • Assist in strategic planning, project management, and execution of key business initiatives.

  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for local and international engagements.

  • Liaise with internal teams, investors, and external stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.

  • Work closely with the Investor Relations (IR) team, providing administrative and operational support as needed.

  • Anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and proactively offer problem-solving solutions.

  • Manage personal and administrative tasks as required to ensure efficiency.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Communications, or mathematics background is highly preferable.

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a PA, EA, or Chief of Staff in a high-performance corporate environment (VC, Consulting, Investment Banking, etc.).

  • Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.

  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and anticipate needs proactively.

  • Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex tasks independently.
