Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and skilled Shift I/C - Mechanical Maintenance to join our maintenance team. 


• The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the mechanical maintenance team during their assigned shift, ensuring that all mechanical equipment and systems are operating safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the mechanical maintenance team during their assigned shift, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.


• Mechanical Maintenance: Perform routine and preventative mechanical maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of mechanical equipment and systems.


• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot mechanical equipment and system faults, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.


• Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all mechanical maintenance tasks are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.


• Communication: Communicate effectively with other maintenance teams, production personnel, and management to ensure that mechanical maintenance tasks are coordinated and completed efficiently.


• Shift Handover: Conduct thorough shift handovers, ensuring that all relevant information is communicated to the incoming shift team.


• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of mechanical maintenance tasks, including work orders, maintenance schedules, and equipment histories.
