Job Summary




  • Our client who is in the water production business is looking to hire a Production Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process in the water factory. 

  • This includes managing resources, ensuring production targets are met, and maintaining quality standards.



Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands.

  • Ensure efficient utilization of resources, including labour, materials, and equipment.

  • Maintain high standards of product quality by implementing and monitoring quality control processes.

  • Ensure all production activities comply with health and safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.

  • Monitor and analyze production data to drive continuous improvement.

  • Oversee the maintenance of production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Prepare and manage the production budget.

  • Monitor production costs and implement cost-saving measures.

  • Lead, manage, and motivate the production team to achieve production goals.

  • Conduct training and development programs for production staff.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably in a water factory.

  • Strong knowledge of production management, quality control procedures, and manufacturing principles.

  • Proven ability to lead and develop a team, excellent communication skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
