Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Storytelling:

• Create compelling and high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, social media captions, emails, and website copy.


• Develop visual and multimedia content, such as graphics, videos, and animations, to enhance storytelling.


• Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all content.

Social Media & Digital Marketing:

• Manage and create engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).


• Develop and execute content strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.


• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to optimize content reach.

Video & Graphic Content Creation:

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, training, and brand storytelling purposes.


• Design visually appealing graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.


• Repurpose content across various platforms for maximum visibility and engagement.

SEO & Content Optimization:

• Research and implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings and organic reach.


• Use relevant keywords, meta descriptions, and formatting techniques to optimize content performance.


• Analyze content performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Strategy Execution:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align content with business goals and campaigns.


• Assist in developing content calendars and marketing strategies to drive brand storytelling.


• Engage with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields with 3 years work experience.
