Job Competency Requirements

1. Develop and implement strategies for mobilizing deposits to meet monthly targets.


2. Build and maintain high-value relationships with corporate and individual clients.


3. Conduct market intelligence to identify opportunities for deposit growth.


4. Prepare comprehensive reports on deposit trends and provide actionable insights.


5. Ensure adherence to all regulatory and institutional policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, or a related discipline.


2. 8 years of experience in the banking sector with proven expertise in deposit mobilization.


3. Excellent negotiation and client relationship management skills.


4. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.


5. Ability to meet and exceed targets under tight deadlines.


6. Proficiency in digital banking tools and platforms.

Compensation:

Net Pay Range: ₦350,000 - ₦450,000
