Job Description
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information.
- Assist with special projects and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
- 3+ years of experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and calendar management tools.
