Key Responsibilites
- Support the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and follow-ups.
- Engage in cold calling, email outreach, and networking to attract potential clients.
- Help maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide service information, and guide clients through the sales process.
- Participate in client meetings, sales pitches, and presentations with senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress using CRM tools.
- Support preparation of sales reports, proposals, and presentations.
- Monitor customer feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies and collaborate with marketing.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients.
- Confidence in speaking and presenting, with good diction and active listening skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Basic understanding of CRM software (Zoho CRM, HubSpot, Salesforce) and digital sales tools (a plus).
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
