The Business Supervisor is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Company.
This role ensures smooth and efficient service, maintains high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction, manages staff performance, and contributes to the overall profitability of the business.
Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations.
Ensure smooth and efficient service flow during peak hours and throughout the day.
Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.
Oversee opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed according to established guidelines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Manage reservations and seating arrangements (if applicable).
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Supervise, train, and motivate team members.
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Create staff schedules and manage time off requests.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times.
Proactively address customer needs and anticipate potential issues.

Qualifications
Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the food service industry.
Strong understanding of restaurant/food business operations.
