Responsibilities

• Manage and process HMO enrollments and disenrollments.


• Verify patient eligibility for services.


• Handle claims processing and ensure timely payment.


• Resolve patient and provider inquiries regarding HMO coverage and benefits.


• Maintain accurate records and documentation.


• Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow.

Skills:

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.


• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


• Familiarity with HMO regulations and guidelines.
