Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting clothing and accessories.


• Provide fashion advice based on customer preferences and current trends.


• Process sales transactions using POS systems, handle cash, and issue receipts.


• Maintain store cleanliness and ensure merchandise is well-organized.


• Restock shelves, arrange displays, and assist with inventory management.


• Promote store promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.


• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.


• Stay updated on fashion trends and product knowledge.


• Assist in opening and closing store procedures.

Skills / Qualifications

• 2 - 3 years previous experience in customer service, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.


• Fashion Knowledge: Passion for fashion and an understanding of industry trends.


• Must live in or around Lekki for easy commute.
