Job Summary
- The Relationship Manager is responsible for driving business growth by acquiring, managing, and deepening relationships with clients.
- This role involves advising customers on financial solutions, ensuring excellent service delivery, and achieving revenue targets.
- The ideal candidate must possess strong sales acumen, credit risk knowledge, and a proactive approach to client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire and manage high-value clients to drive deposit growth and revenue generation. Provide tailored financial solutions that align with customers’ needs and investment goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to credit policies, risk management frameworks, and regulatory requirements. Process and manage new account openings, deposit rollovers, and FX transactions.
- Track and update customer transactions while ensuring timely documentation. Identify potential business opportunities and escalate high-value leads to senior management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints. Prepare and submit marketing and financial reports to the Branch Leader.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 2–3 years of full-time banking experience in relationship management, sales, or financial advisory. Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business, or related fields.
- HND holders must possess a Master’s degree.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, credit analysis, and financial advisory.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
