  • We are currently on the search for a Lagos-based Salon Manager to work from our first permanent store and salon location in Ikoyi, Lagos.

  • We are looking for a Salon + Retail Manager for our flagship location in Ikoyi, Lagos.



Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:




  • Managing the day-to-day operations in the salon and analyzing results

  • Managing salon staff + timetables

  • Managing the salon booking process + ensuring client satisfaction

  • Aiding in developing new structures and processes

  • Assisting in executing KA sales + marketing strategy

  • Liaising + networking with a range of stakeholders: senior management, suppliers, colleagues + partner organizations,



Job Summary




  • In summary, the main aim of the role is to ensure the smooth running of our salon, addressing / troubleshoot problems as they arise, manage staff and effectively communicate store activities to the Founder and other seniors. management.



Responsibilities




  • Previous experience managing a salon or retail team (we will follow up on references)

  • A “people person” – someone who can get on with junior staff, senior management and customers alike

  • A problem solver who doesn’t just burden management with issues, but can think through and present potential solutions

Schedules:




  • This is A Full-Time, in-Person Position

  • 5 Days/Week based in Ikoyi.

  • Ability to work weekend shifts required, including some Sunday afternoon shifts.



Requirements




  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND qualification with at least 2 years work experience.
