Job Responsibilities

• Leading and growing the business by implementing proactive strategies to achieve operational efficiency and enhance customer experience. growth potential, and risk considerations.


• Proposing and implementing strategies for business expansion and operational improvements.


• Achieving profitability targets.


• Overseeing and coordinating market-facing staff to achieve performance objectives.


• Assessing and improving business performance, including staff management and market-driven product offerings.


• Mobilizing deposits and ensure accurate and timely report submissions.

Person Specification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 related experience as a business development manager, or a similar role.


• Proven track record of success in business development or sales.


• Experience in the financial services sector
