Key Responsibilities




  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing accurate and clear information about our platform, products, and services.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.

  • Identify recurring issues or customer feedback and report them to the relevant teams for resolution.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Communications, English, or a related field.

  • 6 - 12 months of relevant work experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with customer service software is a plus.

  • Young, smart, and energetic.

  • Relevant knowledge of the cryptocurrency sector, with an understanding of Roqqu's business and services, is a plus.
