Work collaboratively with plant management to develop objectives and development goals that will create accountability and drive strong business results. Support management with coaching techniques for hourly employees.
Provide expertise to Plant on leadership development, performance management, change management, resource planning
Oversee employee relations and handle grievances
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Oversee on-boarding and orientation programs
Support health and safety initiatives
Requirements
B.Sc. in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing factory
7 years of HR experience
Proficiency in HR software like SAP SuccessFactors
