Job Summary




  • We are looking to hire aNurseto join their medical team.

  • The ideal candidate must be aRegistered Nurse (RN)with 2-4 years of hands-on experience in patient care.

  • This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality healthcare services.



Key Responsibilities




  • Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed by doctors.

  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs, symptoms, and response to treatments.

  • Assist in developing and implementing patient care plans in line with medical standards.

  • Provide direct nursing care, including wound dressing, catheterization, and IV therapy.

  • Conduct diagnostic tests and support doctors during medical procedures.

  • Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and post-care instructions.

  • Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with medical regulations.

  • Collaborate with doctors and other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.

  • Address patient concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a high level of care.

  • Participate in continuous training and professional development programs.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid practicing license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).

  • Minimum of 2-4 years nursing experience in a hospital or clinical setting.

  • Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, medical procedures, and patient care standards.

  • Proficiency in using medical equipment and administering medications.

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced medical environments.

  • High level of attention to detail, professionalism, and ethical conduct.

  • Additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are an advantage.
