Job Overview




  • We are looking for an experienced Cinematographer to lead the visual style and composition of our projects. 

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lighting, camera techniques, and composition, as well as the technical skills needed to operate various types of camera equipment. 

  • Candidate should be able to work collaboratively with directors and other team members to ensure that the visual narrative aligns with the Company’s tone and objectives.



Key Responsibilities




  • Collaborate with the director and production team to develop the visual style and look of each project.

  • Editing and retouching photos to meet the highest standards of quality

  • Making reels and short videos with phones or other devices

  • Maintaining and managing equipment

  • Timely submission of projects within stipulated deadlines

  • Plan and set up shots, lighting, and camera movements to achieve the desired visual effect.

  • Operate camera equipment or supervise camera operations to ensure high-quality footage.

  • Choose and manage all technical elements, including lenses, filters, and other camera accessories.

  • Work with lighting technicians to design and adjust lighting setups to match the creative vision.

  • Maintain consistency in visual style across all scenes or shots.

  • Review footage and adjust the shoot list as needed to achieve the best possible outcome.

  • Oversee post-production color grading and image correction processes to ensure the final product meets creative standards.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and new technology to incorporate innovative approaches.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Visual Arts, or a related field

  • Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience as a Cinematographer or similar role in film, television, or digital media.

  • Proficiency with a variety of camera types, lenses, lighting setups, and other filming equipment.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a keen eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.

  • In-depth knowledge of cinematic principles and techniques.

  • Familiarity with editing and color grading software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
