Job Brief
- A Business Development Officer main goal is to identify opportunities for business growth and create marketing strategies based on those opportunities in order to meet and exceed revenue goals.
Responsibilities
- Business development, sourcing for credit and development
- Establish effective and well-organized credit and investment processes.
- Prepare a credit report of client facility for management's approval
- Monitor and follow-up for repayment of client's facility
- Visits and recover repayment from customer
- Manage and uphold current client relationships.
- Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
- Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
- Encouraging new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
- Tracking expenses and maintaining the company budget.
Requirements and Qualifications
- HND / B.Sc Degree in any relevant field
- 2 - 4 years of work experience in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access and industry-specific analysis software
- Basic understanding of the industry.
