Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 6 – 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a structured organization.

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
