Job Summary




  • We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with outstanding telephone etiquette to join our team. 

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities




  • Answer and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.

  • Use polite and clear communication while addressing customer queries.

  • Follow telephone etiquette best practices, including active listening and tone modulation.

  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.

  •  Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

  • Adhere to company policies, scripts, and service quality standards.

  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.



Required Skills & Qualifications




  • Excellent telephone etiquette – professional tone, active listening, and clear communication.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

  • Ability to manage multiple calls efficiently without compromising service quality.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

  • Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
