Key Responsibilities
- Answer and handle incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Use polite and clear communication while addressing customer queries.
- Follow telephone etiquette best practices, including active listening and tone modulation.
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic attitude.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and service quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer concerns.

- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
