Job Summary



We are currently seeking a dynamic Business Development Officer to join our team and drive the expansion of our investment opportunities.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Develop and execute sales and distribution strategies, along with detailed implementation plans.

  • Achieve investment targets as outlined at the start of the fiscal year.

  • Identify and mobilize investments from both individual and corporate entities to drive AUM growth.

  • Conduct cold calls and prospect for clients to build a robust pipeline of business opportunities.

  • Utilize market and competitor insights to refine and promote the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.

  • Manage relationships with existing clients through regular calls, ensuring client satisfaction, repeat business, brand loyalty, and referrals.

  • Leverage mass marketing opportunities to mobilize sign-ups and increase account openings across clusters.



Qualifications:




  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or asset management.

  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet targets and develop a strong pipeline of opportunities.
