Job Summary:



We are seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to oversee all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a productive work environment, implementing HR strategies, and supporting business goals.



Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Talent Management




  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and retention strategies.

  • Develop talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent.



Employee Relations & Performance Management




  • Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.

  • Implement performance management systems and drive employee engagement.



HR Compliance & Administration




  • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.



Training & Development




  • Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.

  • Promote a learning culture and career growth opportunities.



Compensation & Benefits




  • Manage payroll processing, staff welfare, and benefits administration.

  • Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.



Workplace Culture & Engagement




  • Develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace.

  • Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.



Requirements:




  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.

  • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
