Job Summary:
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager (HRM) to oversee all HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a productive work environment, implementing HR strategies, and supporting business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Management
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including onboarding and retention strategies.
- Develop talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent.
Employee Relations & Performance Management
- Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally.
- Implement performance management systems and drive employee engagement.
HR Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
- Promote a learning culture and career growth opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Manage payroll processing, staff welfare, and benefits administration.
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures.
Workplace Culture & Engagement
- Develop and implement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace.
- Organize team-building activities and engagement programs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
