Job Description

• The candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including checking documents, inspecting goods, and coordinating with users.

Key Responsibilities

• Check and verify documents such as seal papers and weighment slips.


• Inspect the condition of boxes and report any damages immediately, including providing images for documentation.


• Open boxes and coordinate with users to check contents.


• Report any shortages or discrepancies promptly.


• Maintain accurate records of all stock and supplies.


• Ensure that the store area is clean, organized, and free from hazards.


• Develop and implement store policies and procedures.


• Lead and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed.


• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.


• Degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management software.
