About the job

• We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and maintain our organization's IT infrastructure. 


• The ideal candidate will have experience managing servers, networks, cloud environments, Microsoft 365, end user support and security solutions to ensure high availability, performance, and security of enterprise systems. 


• This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting, system optimization, and collaborating with other relevant departments to support business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.


• Provide technical support for Zoho and M365 users, addressing system issues and resolving IT-related inquiries.


• Oversee network infrastructure, manage servers (on-premise and cloud), monitor system performance, and ensure data security and compliance.


• Manage and support cctv and biometric access control infrastructure.


• Provide full support for all telepresence devices in meeting rooms.


• Maintain IT documentation, provide user training, and develop best practices for efficient system utilization.


• Develop and implement backup strategies and disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity.


• Monitor and manage software licenses, ensuring compliance with vendor agreements.


• Assess IT systems for performance improvements and recommend enhancements.


• Maintenance of I.T asset inventory.


• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues


• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure


• Implement, manage, maintain, test and document disaster recovery environment


• Manage IT compliance and standards by adhering and contributing to processes, policies, and tools within the company


• Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations


• Perform continuous research on current and emerging infrastructure technologies and tools


• Other duties may be assigned by your supervisor and management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).


• Minimum of Two (2) years’ experience in IT Infrastructure.


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including user and license management.


• Experience in IT networking, firewall configuration, and server administration.


• Knowledge of cloud-based IT environments and cybersecurity best practices.


• Windows & Linux server administration


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support end-user.


• Experience in ISO 27001 processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator, Azure Fundamentals).


• Experience with IT asset management and ITIL best practices.


• Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, etc.
