Job Summary




  • We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse, ensuring optimal inventory management, storage, and distribution processes. 

  • This role involves supervising warehouse staff, maintaining safety standards, and implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency. 

  • The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in inventory control, and knowledge of warehouse management systems.



Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:




  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.

  • Implement and maintain efficient inventory management systems to track stock levels accurately.

  • Ensure proper storage of goods to prevent damage and maintain quality standards.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.

  • Optimize warehouse layout for maximum space utilization and operational efficiency.



Logistics & Distribution:




  • Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and other departments to ensure timely inbound and outbound shipments.

  • Develop and enforce efficient loading and dispatch procedures to minimize delays.

  • Monitor delivery schedules and ensure on-time order fulfillment.

  • Manage warehouse equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality.



Team Leadership & Compliance:




  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to maintain high performance and productivity.

  • Enforce health, safety, and security regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

  • Maintain compliance with industry standards and company policies.

  • Prepare reports on warehouse performance, inventory levels, and process improvements.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • 5+ years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution processes.

  • Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software.

  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to analyze warehouse performance metrics and implement improvements.

  • Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a warehouse environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
