Responsibilities

• Make sure there is a smooth day to day running of the company's business in the right direction, thereby projecting plans to reduce losses and improve productivity.


• Adequately and effectively communicate with colleagues, other staff, and management heads.


• Should be able to motivate his team members, set daily goals and follow up for execution.


• He must have the ability to identify issues or problems, provide mitigation to the said problem, minimize losses and operational hitches and implement strategies to prevent future problems.


• Design workable solutions to keep his teams and work processes on track.


• Must have the ability to work diversely, multi-tasking and under pressure while he maintains calmness and coordination.


• Train new colleagues in specific areas needed for achieving daily set goal.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work Responsibilities
