Responsibilities




  • Manage all accounting operations

  • Reconcile bank statement and provide monthly financial reports

  • Prepare monthly payroll and ensure that staff salaries are paid as at when due

  • Analyze financial records to check for inconsistencies and errors

  • Suggest ways to reduce cost, enhance revenue and improve profits.

  • Reconcile accounts both payables and receivables

  • Do daily check and update of transactions across the general business operations.

  • Post and harmonize sales, good received, stock transfer and daily cash follow, including petty cash management and bank statements.

  • Maintain good customer ledger records.

  • Make policies that enhance stopping or reducing debt to the highest minimum.

  • Carry out regular stock verification and checks in the various stores and making sure the store keepers are following the set operations rules guiding them.

  • Report on the company's financial health and or liquidity.



Qualifications




  • Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree in relevant fields with 2 - 4 years work experience.
