  • Our client is looking to hire a Branch Manager who will over see the overall operations of their establishment, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and efficient management of resources.



Key Responsibilities




  • Oversee daily operations to ensure high service standards.

  • Develop and implement business strategies to increase revenue.

  • Manage budgets, financial reports, and cost control measures.

  • Supervise and support department managers and staff.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and industry regulations.

  • Handle customer complaints and enhance guest experiences.

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and corporate offices.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 5+ years of managerial experience in the hospitality industry.

  • Strong leadership, financial management, and customer service skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities to handle customer complaints and concerns.

  • Ability to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

  • Ability to manage cost control and revenue generation.

  • Understanding of sales strategies, promotions, and marketing campaigns.

  • Ability to drive occupancy rates and service bookings.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and brand management.

  • Strong understanding of hospitality industry regulations and health/safety standards.
