  • Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager that will drive revenue growth by promoting hospitality services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strongrelationships with existing clients.



Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate and individual clients.

  • Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers.

  • Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.

  • Lead the sales team in meeting revenue targets.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.

  • 5+ years of experience in hospitality sales.

  • Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.

  • Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, corporate accounts.

  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and revenue plans.

  • Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.

  • Ability to identify new business opportunities and build partnerships.

  • Ability to maintain strong client relationships and corporate partnerships.

  • Experience in contract negotiation and client retention strategies.

  • Experience in upselling and cross-selling hospitality services.
