Our client is looking to hire a Sales Manager that will drive revenue growth by promoting hospitality services, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strongrelationships with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to attract corporate and individual clients.
Build relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and event organizers.
Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.
Lead the sales team in meeting revenue targets.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
5+ years of experience in hospitality sales.
Strong negotiation, networking, and communication skills.
Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, corporate accounts.
Ability to develop and execute sales strategies and revenue plans.
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and build partnerships.
Ability to maintain strong client relationships and corporate partnerships.
Experience in contract negotiation and client retention strategies.
Experience in upselling and cross-selling hospitality services.
