Our client is looking to hire a Security Manager who will ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and property through effective security measures.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement security policies and emergency procedures.
Supervise security personnel and ensure proper deployment.
Monitor surveillance systems and conduct security audits.
Investigate incidents and report findings to management.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency response teams.
Train staff on security protocols and crisis management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field.
5+ years of security management experience in hospitality.
Knowledge of safety regulations and emergency response protocols.
Certifications in Security, Risk Management, or Emergency Response can be beneficial.
Ability to develop and enforce security policies to protect guests, staff, and assets.
Experience in conducting risk analysis, identifying threats, and implementing preventive measures.
Experience in handling security incidents, theft, vandalism, and guest-related disputes.
Ability to coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services.
Ability to supervise and train security personnel.
Ability to ensure guest privacy and data protection (e.g., CCTV footage handling).
Knowledge of CCTV, biometric security systems, and alarm monitoring.
Experience in using security software for access control, reporting, and tracking incidents.
